    C4 Plans is proud to have been selected as a provider of services under the SeaPort Enhanced (Seaport-E) contract vehicle. C4 Plans is committed to serving as the trusted agent for design, engineering, management and information technology services for the Navy and Marine Corps. We have established an excellent working relationship, while providing more than 123,480 labor years of support annually, with the US Navy. The C4 Team is experience in all 22 SeaPort-e functional areas of the SOW and is qualified in all seven geographical zones.
