C4PS provides non-personal, technical service support efforts required by our customers to meet their tactical systems and applications support requirements. We provide continuous, worldwide tactical systems technical support during the full range of operations in order to ensure our customers can successfully and independently employ and operate their tactical systems. This includes the development of a Tier 0 website, establishment of a 24/7 Tier 1/2 Help Desk, and a cadre of globally distributed, deployable Tier 2/3 tactical systems experts. This support includes, but is not limited to, remote and on-site tactical systems and applications, troubleshooting and issue resolution, setup and configuration, configuration management, information and knowledge management, software and documentation distribution, maintenance procedures, operations, network analysis and diagnostics, engineering, and over-the-shoulder training. As many systems are fielded without complete, thorough, accessible, or continuous training plans, C4PS has provided support to the U.S. Government, from the overall DoD all the way down to the individual Warfighter, to fill gaps in technical expertise and, ultimately, ensure that our Military remains 100% mission capable. Born from a Marine Corps Communications support background, C4PS has spent the last 20+ years focusing our Tactical Systems Support on fielded and future Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems.
