C4PS provides Test and Engineering (T&E) Labs support with qualified, well-trained, technical experts to our customers and their lab environments to include planning, engineering, design, technical, logistics, technology insertion, and integration support for the decision-making process associated with the implementation, integration, and testing. Our engineering and design support includes, but is not limited to: specification reviews, development of certification criteria, preparation and/or review and execution of test environments, plans and procedures, architecture development/assessment, preparation and/or review of network architecture, interoperability analysis and validation through testing, development/review of technical documentation, specifications, development of techniques and procedures. We collaborate with customers and their stakeholders, participate in acceptance testing and technical review boards, ensure applicable SOPs or quality performance standards are met, and assist in the planning/execution of developmental, test and evaluation activities that meet the requirements of our customers. We provide Lab Equipment support for specialized Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) equipment and operate specified systems in accordance with current concepts of employment for both the field and garrison environments.
